Frequently Asked Questions

Why are the photography packages so expensive?

Every hour spent with you taking photos equates to about 5-10 hours of photo editing and hundreds of gigabytes of storage - that’s a LOT of time! My pricing is set up to be incredibly competitive so that you can afford my services, but also so that I am fairly compensated for the large amount of behind-the-scenes work that goes into getting you your photos.

Do you have a studio?

No, I do not currently own or have access to an indoor photography studio. All photos will be taken on location at the client’s requested destination.

Can we switch/go to multiple locations?

YES! If you have multiple locations in mind (e.g. school, football field, hockey rink, home, city) that you would like to feature in your photos, I recommend selecting a larger package. More time will give us the ability to jump around to different locations, and more photos will ensure that you have a good selection to choose from at each place.

What does my package include?

Each package comes with a guaranteed number of minimum photos, but what else does that entail? Well, this means that each photo will be edited to ensure perfect lighting, color, and detail. The editing process can be very meticulous, and sometimes a single photo can take up to thirty minutes to get just right! Please know that behind the scenes, you are getting my full, undivided attention so that I can deliver you the best photos possible!

You mention on your website that prices are negotiable. How does this work?

Yes, prices are negotiable. For example, if a client requires more time than the 30 minutes allotted in Package #1, but does not wish for more than 20 photos and does not have the budget for Package #2, the price of extra time can be negotiated. All price negotiations will be dependent on the location of shooting, weather conditions, etc. All price negotiations will be done on a case-by-case basis.
